Exploration and Application of the Employment-Education Model in Medical Students’ Career Planning and Employment Guidance Courses

In recent years, with the emergence of various employment issues facing medical students, such as insufficient motivation and ethical deviation after entering workplace, this article proposes an employment-education model that integrates five dimensions “Dao-Shu, renart, scholarship, technology, art” paths “career development, career planning, curriculum design, guidance, entrepreneurship guidance” based on concepts “cultivate moral character while educating people” “education for all-round development”. This aims to provide some reference significance planning guidance courses students in colleges.
